Commercial / office leasing opportunities at Bahrain Financial Harbour

We held a breakfast reception for Bahrain based commercial leasing agents at BFH which was well attended. We are keen to encourage local brokers to introduce high quality occupiers who may be looking to upgrade to premium office and commercial space. We received some positive feedback to our presentation and to our commitment to be commercially focused and be competitive.

BFH has appointed JLL as Strategic Leasing Advisors to take advantage of their market leading position in the corporate real estate services market as well as their regional and international reach.

BFH hosted a reception with JLL at the DIFC Capital Club for Dubai based commercial leasing agents to mark the occasion and to encourage them to consider the variety of benefits that Bahrain offers to corporate occupiers including zero taxation, country-wide free zone status, low costs of business and living as well as well educated and accessible local work force. This was well attended by a wide range of commercial leasing firms.

Since the end of the summer holidays there has been an increase in the level of leasing inquiries and we are hopeful that this will result in some substantial new leasing business prior to the year end.
